Responsibilities
• Partner with Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming store environment.
• Lead and Motivate: Coach and supervise the retail team to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Own Our Socials & Rep: Take charge of our local social media to hype up promos, and hustle to boost our 5-star Google and Facebook reviews.
• Manage Digital Presence: Spearhead the store's social media efforts to promote current offers and actively cultivate positive online reviews (Google, Facebook, etc.).
• Drive Store Traffic & Sales: Implement local marketing strategies and community outreach to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and aggressively drive foot traffic.
• Hustle & Drive Sales: Be the ultimate brand ambassador! Build local marketing strategies to get people in the door and drive serious sales.
• Champion the Customer: Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
• Grow Our Talent: Lead daily training to help your team level up their tech knowledge, sales skills, and career potential.
• Keep It Safe & Sound: Ensure the store operates safely and strictly follows all company operational guidelines.
Experience
• Bilingual Pro: Fluent in both Korean and English to seamlessly connect with our diverse Members and lead our team
• Telecom Veteran: You know the Canadian wireless game. Previous experience with carriers like Virgin Plus, Bell, Rogers, Telus, Fido, or Koodo is a massive plus.
• Born Leader: You have solid retail management or supervisory experience under your belt, with a passion for coaching and hyping up a sales squad.
• Tech & Ops Savvy: You are totally comfortable running POS systems, securely handling Member activations (IDs/credit checks), and managing inventory.
• Sales & Marketing Mindset: You know how to hustle. You bring a strong background in smashing sales goals, running local marketing plays, and delivering top-tier service.
• Organized Communicator: You can juggle multiple store priorities without breaking a sweat, all while keeping the energy high and communication crystal clear.

• Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 per year * Performance-Based Earning
